I’m not one for sermon ’series’, but here’s an idea for what could possibly be the greatest sermon series idea ever:

The Gospel According to New Kids on the Block

Step By Step: Salvation by works will get you nowhere.
Didn’t I Blow Your Mind?: Only the grace of God saves.
The Right Stuff: Living the Christian life with the fruits and gifts of the Spirit.
Hanging Tough: Running the race with endurance.

That’s great. Just think of those possibilities. 1980s themed sanctuaries, instrumentals in the background, bad flannel shirts…wow. Feel free to use.

@josiah But then the former drones have time to think and create ideas. That's why there's a boom in small biz during a recession. [derekbrown]

@josiah Agreed. Sadly. Florida's book talks about the fact that the "drone" class is decreasing, tho is still majority. [derekbrown]
@josiah Sadly, we are a slave to the $. But we use @ and # to get there. $ is still ultimate, but liquid capital isn't as important as @, #. [derekbrown]
